Accommodation

Our newly-restored Romantic Bedroom, in the oldest part of the house, is secluded and beautiful. Furnished with French antiques, it has the added comfort of an en-suite shower room. Open the shutters to look down on the courtyard and across the fields to the ancient oaks.

In addition, we have a twin-bedded room in the main house with exclusive use of the bath and shower room next door, and the same lovely views.

We also invite you to relax in the beautiful newly-restored galleried sitting room overlooking the courtyard - we call it the 'Trou Noir'.
There are tea- and coffee-making facilities and hair dryers in all rooms, and fans are available in summer.

Fluffy white towels and basic toiletries and tissues are provided in the shower rooms.
It is peaceful and rural here, and there are markets on most days in different towns. Visit us for a welcome rest on your way south, or stay and explore the lovely Pays de la Loire.
We can also direct you to the stunningly beautiful private lake Vaudrennes, where carp of over 35 lbs are lurking. Day tickets are available on request, costing 20 euros per day for up to three rods per person.
